Monitoring GAME Plan Progress

I am finding all of the information for my game plan that I need. I have been working with my supervisor to coordinate more trainings for Smart Board and professional development. There is not much that needs to be modified. I am currently set on the fact that I will accomplish my goals that I have set for myself. So far, I have learned more about training others. I had an in-service day and I watched a terrible person for training. They did not have any compassion for the staff who struggled with technology. This person moved too fast and was not organized. This is something that I have to consider if I want to be training other people in the SmartBoard. No new questions have arisen.

Your post was great! It sounds like you are working very hard to reach your goals and it sounds as if you are getting to a good point. The training sessions are key for all teachers.
Great post!

Anna,
It is exciting when things start falling in to place. My goals are things that I put off for a while, and I am finding myself wondering why I put them off for so long. It is a satisfying feeling--accomplishing goals.

It is amazing how much you can learn by simply watching someone else teaching--whether it be learning what to do or what NOT to do (in your case). Unfortunately, I have found a lot of the same in my own experience with tech support staff. I am finding that my colleagues are more open to incorporating technology when I present to them as opposed to the tech department because I (and you too) am coming from the same place as them and know the applications as well.
